Nissan NV200 Review




Nissan will strengthen the segment of a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) 7-passenger with its flagship product NV200 in Asia, including Southeast Asia. In India, these vehicles will be launched mid-2012 and introduced at auto shows India, beginning of year.

To enliven the Indian automobile market, Nissan NV200 is produced by cooperating with a local manufacturer Ashok Leyland in Hosur, Tamil Nandu, India. In fact, one fifth or 20 percent of the total production will be exported to foreign countries, though not yet expressed the intended countries of Nissan. But neighbors like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal to be the strongest candidate. When marketed in India, the NV200 will compete with the Kijang Innova and Mahindar Xylo.

This car had a shape like a van-nosed. Sliding side door model. Nissan NV200 offered with two engine options, each of the 1.6-liter (petrol), 4-cylinder, 16 valve-powered 108 hp and 153 Nm torque and 1.5-liter CRDi turbo diesel engine which has a maximum power of 85 hp and torque of 200 Nm.
