Ford launched the latest variant of the F-150 Harley-Davidson 2012 Special Edition. Only available in black and white. Version of this special edition model is distinguished in the design of six-bar grille, headlights, exterior graphics and 22-inch alloy wheels.

In the cabin is available with seat heaters and leather-clad Harley-Davidson emblem on the center console. Also featured GPS navigation is provided.

Using a 6.2-liter V8 engine capable of producing 411 hp with peak torque of 588 Nm. Engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission.

Parties Ford did not explain in detail the specifications, only reached 3402 kg towing capacity.

European Ford Fiesta launched a special edition named the Fiesta Sport Special Edition 2012 with many special touches on the outside to the inside.

This stylish vehicles with side skirts carry the additional spoilers on the front and rear tail. A pair of exhaust holes shiny and chrome-accented grille also present a complete package offered. Likewise, the velek black size 17-inch alloy wheels.

Consumers in Europe get the bids in the form of seven interior color choices, including the color black panther. In that package is only available at the Fiesta three-door model, there are leather seats with warmers on the front.

Black leather seats are decorated with stitching contrasting silver thread. The original pedals also been replaced with stainless steel, floor coatings that also confirms this difference by the standard Fiesta.

U.S. consumers became interested in cars hatchback cars, especially compact and small car segment. It was raised Ford Motor Co. told the Detroit News, Tuesday (07/12/2011).

"More and more consumers interested in fuel-efficient cars, advanced technology, and high flexibility. For example, five-door car," said Parker.

Europe and Canada
Added, for Americans this rate, hatchback cars are traditionally sold in Europe and Canada because of their low incomes. Another assumption-a-hatchback stigma is a synonym cheap car, small engine, and a boring design.

Another stigma, as stated by Dave Sullivan of AutoPacific Inc., in Ann Arbor, Michigan, "Hatchback is the car for school children. They have no money and bad."

Now the stigma began to fade. U.S. consumers began to follow the ways of the Europeans. They started out, in addition to versatile, fuel efficient hatchback as well.

Added, a change in U.S. consumer outlook is because some of them have for years been using the SUV and crossover.

"They finally chose this car because the hatchback provides convenient and flexible," said Ford sales analyst, George Pipas. Sullivan added that the driver is actually driving a hatchback crossover. However, they did not want to admit it.

Hence, when in the early stages of market share Ford's only hope Fiesta five-door hatchback only 40 percent, now increased to 60 percent. In fact, the new Focus was launched in the country, set back its marketing strategy. Composition of the Focus hatchback with a sedan sales are now tied, 50-50.

The new Ford Fiesta 2011 powered by a Duratec 1.6-liter inline four cylinder with variable valve system called Ti-VCT, the Festival has 120 horsepower and 112 lb.-ft. of torque to pull its 2,600 kilos of dough around. Consequently, the estimated zero to 60 mph acceleration in around 9 seconds, with quarter of a mile about 17 seconds to nearly 80 mph. Figures fuel economy have not been finalized, but Ford expects the party to achieve about 30 mpg city and 40 on the highway.
